“Where Were You When the World Ended?”

Becca Chaffee (a broken military K-9 Instructor) has checked in to a mysterious rundown motel in the Badlands of South Dakota for only one reason—to end it all. Finger tense on the trigger, her murdered fiancée stops her from pushing a bullet through her brain. But like the song says, “You can check in any time you like, but you can never-ever leave.”

Becca is soon joined by an eclectic group of weary survivors. With each passing hour a terrifying uncertainty grows, psychopathic firefighters with dripping axes mutter in strange tongues, and not-quite-human figures stalk the halls hungering for their agony. As horrific nightmares reveal themselves and the unlikely ensemble makes a last stand against an unholy destruction, Becca soon discovers the malevolent terrors aren’t confined only to the Motel.
