Leaders Developing Leaders

This is not just another book on leadership or coaching. This book reinvents the role of leadership at every level of organizations. It tells the story of the struggles and triumphs of a General Manager, Bryan Burton and his family. Based upon real characters, it uses real events and experiences to illustrate principles and apply concepts and tools to what is emerging as the new role of leadership in organizations. And, because Bryan’s learnings at work are true for his other roles outside of the office, the story shows how anyone can achieve peace, success and happiness in all areas of life.
