For years, I’ve hidden the scars from the burns of my dreams, but they’re a constant reminder that my fears came true. My dreams are more like an alternate reality, but maybe that means the Irish man who captivates my dreams is real, too? My vision blurs between two realms, unable to tell the difference.

What’s more, my brother, Victor, and his dark and unexpected presence for more than the occasional call means something is amiss. As I pull the thread to the mystery of my destiny and connect with people who can help me fulfill it, the darkness I discover lurking behind every corner waits to consume me.

A rebellion brews around me, and the humans – a group I once called my own – are blissfully unaware of the power surrounding them. With grave danger everywhere, they require me to make the ultimate sacrifice.
