When Jake Harrigan, a former government assassin and his business partner former agent Sarah Schaumberg fly to England for Jake's grandmother's funeral, they have no idea what treachery lies ahead.

Sean Quinn, a rogue terrorist, is planning his revenge on Jake for killing his two younger brothers in a military drug bust previously in Colombia, by implicating Jake in a world-shattering terrorist assassination attack in the UK.

Using an amazingly lifelike mask of Jake, Quinn ensures that Jake is identified as the assassin when he makes the carefully planned hit. The mega problem is that the target of the assassination is Her Majesty the Queen!

The attack fails, but Jake is mistakenly identified as the would-be assassin and he and Sarah instantly become the targets of a nationwide manhunt. Desperately trying to stay one step ahead of the angry English security forces, Jake realises that their only hopes of clearing their names is to bring in the deadly would-be assassins themselves.
