Fools and Madmen

Delia Leary has her hands extremely full as autumn comes into full color in the picturesque shopping village where her bakery, King Lear's, is hopping during its first season. She's baking the wedding cake for Verona's Vineyard's power couple, Juliet Da Vinci and Paris Nobleman, andoh yeahthere's been a murder right there in her apartment building, and her best friend, Thomasina, is the prime suspect in her own father's death. But Thomi doesn't want Delia's help. Somehow, a major rift has developed in the friendship.

Delia doesn't believe Thomi is guilty. She has her own suspicions about who the killer really is and, as usual, some of her hunches are great ones and some, well, not quite so accurate. As she and her friends in the newly-formed Murder Club track down various clues, Delia finds herself facing a devastating blow. Will they catch the killer in time, and will Delia be able to move forward with her own life?
