Women and Cancer · A Gynecologic Oncology Nursing Perspective (Jones and Bartlett Series in Oncology)

Women and Cancer evolved from the Society of Gynecologic Nurse Oncologists' annual workshop, which provides experienced nurses the opportunity to share knowledge and skills as well as discuss the special needs of women with cancer. Each chapter was developed in such a manner that nurses in the outpatient clinic or office, at the bedside, and in an advanced practice role have a reference that addresses the specific needs of this patient population.
