If you like science fiction, you will love the Jump Starting the Universe Book Bundle. It includes all three books in the series -
Jump Starting the Universe, The Edge of Nothing and Everything, and World Eaters
When two universes collide, Mark, Blackie, Amelia and Wayne begin an incredible adventure. Caught in the mixing zone of two universes wasn't the problem. But sometimes things in a mixing zone don't stay put when universes separate. They stared at the sky and its unfamiliar star patterns, wondering what happened. Lucky for them they were given a Jump Starter; too bad it wasn't programmed. None of them could have predicted what would happen when Amelia pushed its red button.
Nita, who had just met Mark, was sitting in the back seat. She disappeared with the rest of them.
Blackie met Joules on Gafcon-49. After a disturbing incident where Joules worked, involving Shumbrans and complete destruction of the Museum's rotunda, the group took a day trip to Mountain Lake to recover. They never returned. When the Nomad dropped out of the jump, it plowed to a stop in deep sand. Its not often six people dodge death twice in the same day. They were lucky to be alive. Now they had to figure out how to get back to Gafcon-49.
When Nita discovered new information about her family, the return trip go Gafcon-49 was cancelled. They decided on a new destination. They were going to go looking for a fight, and they found one. With Missiles exploding all around the Centorian Stealth Fighter they were on, and no way to escape their attackers, the group had to make a hard decision.
If being lost wasn't bad enough, they still hadn't figured out how to program the Jump Starter. When they needed to Jump, they had no idea on what planet they would land. To complicate matters, two alien races were about to go to war, and if that wasn't bad enough, the World Eaters had returned. Entire planets and their populations were disappearing into the rift.
If circumstances required them to jump, and they ended up on the wrong planet, they were doomed. Without some help, and a lot of luck, none of them would survive. Wayne always said no one on Earth would believe their story. They might not ever get the chance to tell it.
