Sea Witch High

As my craziest year in high school unfolded, I learned a lot about mermaids and eventually, I would become one. But at the start of my senior year, I knew nothing about the supernatural Sea Witch world, just that they existed, and I was not one of them, not that I cared. I had too much going on in my life to worry about that stuff.

But I'm getting ahead of myself. Let me start from the beginning.

In my school, Sea Breeze High, I'm not one of those cheerleader typesno way. I'm more of a stay-at-home-and-read-a-book type. So, when Zayne, the cutest guy I've ever seen in real life, invited me to his party, I should have said no.

If I did, I would have avoided all the chaos and danger that followed. But if I did that, I wouldn't have become who I am today.

The problem is, I had been playing it safe. But this year, I wanted to branch out and try new things, and that scared me worse than having to walk through a crowd of Sea Witches...
