The Horrid Tragedy of the Counts Berok

Can you stitch together corpses, raise them to shambling life, and still get respect in society?

The foundling Zventibold Berok is adopted by a liberal family who try to raise him to respect truth and justice, but he is still a small boy when his true lineage begins to show and he starts to stitch together dismembered creatures to play the game: "Make New Animals."

Then he inappropriately falls in love.

Fate takes a hand as the attack of Zventibold's undead minions upsets the evil Autocrat of Piraktesh, and from then on Zventibold is on the run, using every wile and guile of his sorcerous mind (and diminutive body) to get revenge on the Autocrat and win back his one true love.

A humorous fantasy.
