Havana-based doctor Mano Rodriguez takes an undercover assignment to the most dangerous city in Latin America: Miami. While two Cubas, capitalist and communist, are held in a death grip, Mano gets caught in a maelstrom of deception; if he does not complete his mission in time, hundreds of innocent lives will be lost--including one he cares for the most.
