Tevita Suarvea (Rooks) goes undercover to take out an importer who is supplying

tainted Heroin to the streets of Auckland, New Zealand.

With his new partner Jessica Smith they infiltrate an illegal street race where the importer is operating, but info arises when they realise there is a larger operation that stretches all the way to Sydney Australia.

But the operation is at risk when Rooks uncovers that there are things going on behind the scenes and the concerns he has about Jessica, who is hiding something about her past.
