This book is written by an ABC certified pedorthist who used to be an animator at Walt Disney Feature Animation Studio. Animators know how to analyze the movement with gravity.

With more than 100 drawings, this book shows foot structure and its mechanic and how our body is connected to the foot below. With the fact that our legs stand right on the anklebone (which is part of the arch), this book talks about, in a simply chain reaction theory, how the foot deformities and pain are developing from the fallen arches and how the fallen arches can affect the major joints above the anklebones.

With this simple chain reaction theory, you can also see that the fallen arch is the root cause for many foot problems and the body above the feet. But, most foot deformities and aching feet, such as bunion, hammertoe, plantar fasciitis, heel spur, neuroma, and the other major joint problems above the feet, such as pains on knees, hips, and back, and also scoliosis that are caused by fallen arches are being treated without eliminating the root cause.

In order to correct the fallen arches, the proper orthotics that align the anklebones are necessary. Without the orthotics that align the anklebones, our body alignment cannot be achieved.

This book also explains our body’s compensation system in dealing with physical balance on the fallen arches. And how the orthotics that align the anklebone can eliminate the primary compensation and can control the secondary compensation and how to test the anklebone alignment firsthand.

With aligned anklebones, you will be able to save your life from suffering all those problems caused by tilted anklebones (which is obviously caused by fallen arches). Also, you can train yourself to walk properly by following the instructions in this book and have your body move more efficiently in any activity, at work or in sports, while minimizing injuries.

Our foot health is deeply related to our whole body’s wellbeing; from the way we walk to frowning faces from the pain that are caused by fallen arches.
