2. A nearly obsolete translation of the first chapter of Dignāga’s PramānṃSamuccaya on perception (pratyaksṃa) is Hattori 1968; a Sanskrit commentary by Jinendrabuddhi is being made available, which, once digested by scholars, should revolutionize Dignāga studies. A translation and study of Ālambana-parīksṃā is Tola and Dragonetti 1982, based on the Tibetan. No Sanskrit has been discovered, though Chinese versions, which vary from each other and the Tibetan, are available.
