Scrambled Eggs

Serves 2

• 1 tablespoon (15g) butter

• 1/3 cup (80g) milk

• 4 eggs

• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Add butter to the thermo bowl and melt.

Swirl the melted butter over the bottom and around sides of the thermo bowl (use a pastry brush), including the blades. Add milk and eggs and parsley.
