Makes 1 cup
• 1 Spanish onion, peeled and quartered
• 1 tablespoon (15g) olive oil
• 1/3 cup (85g) tomato paste
• 1/4 cup (60g) water
• 1/4 cup (55g) brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon (15g) white wine vinegar
Place the onion into the thermo bowl, loading evenly around the blade.
