• 70g cheese, gruyère or Swiss
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 onion, peeled and quartered
• 1 tomato, quartered, seeds discarded
• 200g cream
• pinch of paprika
• 2 tablespoons (35g) cornflour
• 4 eggs
• 2 zucchinis, cut into 2cm-wide discs
Preheat oven 160°C. Place the cheese and parsley into the thermo bowl.

Remove and set aside. Add the onions.

Add all remaining ingredients, including cheese and parsley.

Pour into a baking paper-lined 20cm flan / quiche dish and season the lid well with sea salt and cracked pepper. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden and cooked. Cool to serve.
OPTIONAL: Serve with a crisp garden salad drizzled with a little Caramelized Balsamic Vinegar or sweet chilli sauce.
