PURPOSE

To help teens identify how they spend their time, what the time wasters are, and how to make positive choices about what they are doing with their time

Encourage the teen to fill out the worksheets on pages 102 and 103 and then review it with them or the therapist can ask these questions and notate on the worksheet.
