Raspberry Apple Cider Vinaigrette
EGG-FREE, NIGHTSHADE-FREE, NUT-FREE, VEGETARIAN
Slightly tart and sweet, this dressing pairs great with salads adorned with fresh berries, and can also be used as a marinade for a variety of meats.

¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
⅓ cup fresh raspberries
1½ tablespoons raw honey
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon dried basil
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender with 2 tablespoons water and blend on low speed until smooth, about 20 seconds.
2. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
