I was born in 1987, and when I was growing up as a teenager, it was “cool” to be really thin, with no curves, so we starved ourselves. My story of hitting rock bottom with my health and suffering from a list of health issues, and then transforming it to experience a kind of health I never knew was possible, is in my books.
