INGREDIENTS (8 Servings):
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1 cup organic peanut butter
½ cup ground flaxseed
⅔ cup slivered almonds
¼ cup raisins
¼ cup raw honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Optional: shredded coconut, chopped dark chocolate, cacao nibs
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix all the ingredients, in a large bowl until well combined.
2. Break off pieces of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
