I am secretly obsessed with both avocado and chocolate! This recipe is super easy to whip together and gives me a healthy chocolate fix after any meal.
INGREDIENTS (5 Servings):
2 large Hass avocados, peeled and pitted
5 tablespoons raw honey
⅓ cup raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place the avocados, honey, cacao powder, cinnamon, and salt in a powerful blender and blend together. You can also use a whisk to whip the ingredients together in a bowl, but a blender gives the smoothest, most mousse-like texture.
2. Scrape into a bowl, garnish with mint, and serve immediately.
