INGREDIENTS (1 Serving):

1 yerba mate tea bag

1¼–1½ cups hot water

1–2 teaspoons raw honey

Splash of milk (dairy or plant-based)

DIRECTIONS:

1.    Steep the tea bag in the hot water according to package instructions. Add the honey and milk to taste and drink while still warm.
