1. In a large bowl stir together lemon gelatin and boiling water until completely dissolved. Add vodka and lemon juice.
2. Coat a 3-qt. rectangular baking dish with cooking spray. Pour gelatin mixture into dish. Chill 3 hours or until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares. Serve in sugar-rimmed cocktail glasses with lemon slices.
