Sweet-Spicy Barbecued Chicken Sliders
SWEET-SPICY BARBECUED CHICKEN SLIDERS
prep 35 minutes bake 25 minutes at 350°F
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange bottoms of rolls in a 13×9-inch baking pan or 3-qt. rectangular baking dish. In a bowl combine the next four ingredients (through pickled jalapeño peppers). Spoon onto roll bottoms. Top with cheese and roll tops.
2. In a bowl combine the next four ingredients (through black pepper). Drizzle over rolls. Cover pan with foil.
3. Bake 15 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until cheese is melted and roll tops are lightly browned.

MAKE AHEAD
Assemble the sandwiches but do not drizzle with butter mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate up to 8 hours. Then drizzle and bake as directed in Step 3.
