Some people believe that the slow cooker is not ideal for cooking seafood, but I disagree. Fish takes very well to slow cooking, resulting in very tender and flavoursome flesh that does not fall apart as it is sometimes prone to do when cooked by other means.
I must confess that seafood is not my favourite food group. Therefore, any recipes developed for this book needed to be very delicious indeed for me to even brave a taste test. The following recipes certainly fit this description.
