BALANCE |
This yogic game improves balance and concentration. It strengthens the leg muscles. This game is very much liked by children who want to prove they can hold the pose for a long time.
1. Take one of the following yoga poses: Lord of the dance (p. 45), tree (p. 46), warrior III (p. 47), kite (p. 48), or any other pose on one foot.
2. Standing on one foot, try to hold the pose as long as possible.
This game can be turned into a timed competition between children, or between adult and child.
