2½ ounces Martell Cordon Bleu Cognac
1½ ounces Midori
Fill a tulip glass with crushed ice and pour in Cognac and liqueur. Stir.

Nut as in nutmeg. Dark crème de cacao is a chocolate-flavored liqueur with a hint of vanilla. (White crème de cacao is the liqueur’s clear form and is slightly less intense in flavor.)

¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg, plus extra for sprinkling
Combine liquid ingredients and ¼ teaspoon nutmeg in mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into glass and sprinkle with nutmeg.
