YOU NEED
250ml milk of choice, such as dairy, soya or flax, plus extra to taste
1 small banana • ½ tablespoon cocoa powder or cocoa nibs
½ tablespoon maca powder • 1 teaspoon each flaxseeds, chia seeds and sunflower seeds • 2 tablespoons rolled oats • honey or agave, to taste
Place all the ingredients in a bender and blitz on high power until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
