YOU NEED
1 pear, cored and chopped with skin on • 1 apple, cored and chopped with skin on 2 small handfuls of kale • 1 small handful of spinach
juice of 1 lime • 80ml orange juice • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz on high power until smooth. Depending on the power of your blender, you might need to push the mixture through a sieve to achieve a smoother consistency.
