PICKLED CUCUMBERS

Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten-Free

INGREDIENTS

4 Persian cucumbers

Salt and ground pepper, fresh and to taste

1/4 teaspoon soy sauce: low-sodium, gluten-free, or Bragg Liquid Aminos

1/2 teaspoon raw agave sweetener

1/2 Scotch bonnet or habanero pepper, seeded and thinly sliced

4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, like Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar

PREPARATION

Thinly slice cucumbers.

Mix together remainder of ingredients.

Add cucumbers and let sit for at least 20 minutes.

Pickled Cucumbers can be used in the Ahi Tuna Burgers.
