Classic Boss Bitch

Inspired by everyone’s favorite boss bitch, Rebecca Welton, this Champagne cocktail is elegant, classic, and sophisticated. A sugar cube soaked in aromatic bitters gives it an excellent crisp quality. Serve it in a very tall and intimidating Champagne glass, drink, and feel the power. You are the boss ass bitch.

MAKES 1 DRINK

• 1 sugar cube
• Several dashes of aromatic bitters
• 4 to 6 ounces Champagne or dry sparkling wine, chilled
• Lemon twist (optional)

Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a Champagne glass and soak with the aromatic bitters. Top with chilled Champagne. If desired, garnish with a lemon twist.
