CFS/ME is universal and there are many countries with national CFS/ME patient support groups. They can usually be found by searching on the worldwide web. Alas, there are many more countries where the sufferer does not have any official representation or recognition of the existence of the disease. Hopefully, this publication can be used to help lobby the relevant authorities in showing that CFS/ME is a real physical entity and should be researched and recognised.
