QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE TO WORKSHEETS, THOUGHT EXERCISES, AND RESOURCES
Once I completed the first draft of this book, I gathered fifteen friends and colleagues—people at different points in their health and fitness careers, even people working in different careers—to do sort of a peer review of the material. Using the thinking-aloud process outlined in the Q&As from Chapter 3, they spent countless hours reading, considering, and commenting. The result? Close to a thousand ideas and comments to review and decide whether (or not) to incorporate in the book.*
The number-one request? Worksheets and summary pages. They wanted a way to quickly find the exercises most relevant to them. Plus the ability to share the ones that could most benefit friends and colleagues. So that’s what this quick-reference guide is all about. I’ve included a list of templates, scripts, and worksheets for the most important exercises, and instructions for the most important processes.

* Yes, it was painstaking and time consuming. It was also 100 percent worth it. This book is far better for the effort. I’m eternally grateful for each of them and their care.
