Yields 1 roasted squash
This works for both butternut squash and spaghetti squash.
Ingredients:
1 squash (butternut or spaghetti)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Put the whole squash on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
