INGREDIENTS
1 head of romaine lettuce, outer leaves and core removed, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 small bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1 cup cooked black beans
2 tablespoons green chilies
2 tablespoons Avocado Cream Dressing
DIRECTIONS
Step 1. In a large bowl, place the lettuce, tomatoes and cilantro. Top with the black beans and chilies and drizzle with the dressing.
