The meal plan and the recipes in this book are designed around busy schedules, like yours may be. Most of the meals are very quick and easy, and there are plenty of grab-and-go options to accommodate the most hectic modern workday. You probably don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen, and that’s understandable. Who does, after a hard day’s work? Many of the meals take just 30 minutes to prepare from start to finish, leaving you with plenty of time to eat right and still live your life.
