About the Author

SUSAN ZOGHEIB was born in Beirut, Lebanon, and moved to the United States with her family in the late 1980s. She is a registered dietitian (RD) and holds a master’s degree in nutrition communication from Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario. Susan is a leader in the field of renal nutrition, with over 10 years of experience working as a clinical dietitian in various arenas.

Susan is the author of the bestselling Renal Diet Cookbook and, more recently, Renal Diet Plan & Cookbook : The Optimal Nutrition Guide to Manage Kidney Disease . She likes to keep her recipes simple, fun, and full of flavor—and loves to encourage others to get in the kitchen and cook.
