Sample Training Log

Keeping a regular training log is one of the best ways to make sure you’re making progress toward your exercise and fitness goals. This easy-to-use sample log will help you keep track of your daily workouts; your reps, sets, and poundages; your motivation and energy levels; muscle soreness; and overall progress. Writing down your daily exercise in this log makes you mindful of what you’re doing and allows you to review your progress after each workout.
