Celebrity fitness pioneer Jackie Warner is proof that women can have it all. The successful entrepreneur and television personality has transformed the fitness world and garnered lots of fans along the way.
A Midwestern girl turned self-made millionaire at the age of 22, Jackie was inspired to pursue a career in fitness and nutrition after training a few close friends to dramatic life-changing results. Within a year, Jackie opened her first health center, Lift. The revolutionary fitness facility was the first health club in Southern California to accept health insurance for exercise.
In 2004, Jackie founded Beverly Hills–based Sky Sport & Spa. Employing Jackie’s complete approach to fitness, Sky Sport is the nation’s premiere full-service wellness practice. Although frequented by fitness aficionados for years, Sky Sport was introduced to the rest of the world on Jackie’s hit television show, Work Out.
A docudrama about Jackie’s work and private life, Work Out, chronicled Jackie’s personal triumphs and challenges while running a multimedia fitness empire and navigating the often topsy-turvy world of romance. Fans were hooked. Jackie’s loving-yet-tough demeanor resonated with audiences across the world. She is now the star and executive producer of her sophomore Bravo series, Thintervention.
Jackie is the co-founder of the country’s premiere and only intensive luxury fitness vacation, SkyLab. Personally overseen by Jackie, SkyLab is a six-night, seven-day life-changing fitness retreat. Participants attend fitness-education seminars, receive specialized nutritional counseling, and undergo group therapy that emphasizes critical areas, like overcoming personal challenges and goal setting.
Jackie can also add the titles of DVD star and author to her résumé. She currently stars in the bestselling DVD ONE-ON-ONE Training with Jackie and just released her highly anticipated second DVD, Personal Training with Jackie: Power Circuit Training.
