CREAM CHEESE FILLING

This filling is delicious and creamy. You’ll want to pipe it into everything you can get your hands on.

INGREDIENTS

    4 ounces non-dairy cream cheese

    2 tablespoons non-dairy margarine, at room temperature

    3/4 to 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted

    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Makes a generous 1/2 cup

DIRECTIONS

      In a large bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat together the cream cheese and margarine until combined. Add the powdered sugar, 1/4 cup at a time, until the filling reaches your desired sweetness. Add the vanilla. Refrigerate the filling for 20 minutes before using, for best results.
