Glad Gallbladder Smoothie

A cleansed and healthy gallbladder is one free of toxins and waste, and is able to function properly. If there’s a problem with it, digestion can be a difficult and painful process. By promoting a healthy gallbladder, you are ensuring the digestive process moves as smoothly and regularly as possible.

Recipe Yields: 3–4 cups

2 cups spinach

1 cup chopped asparagus spears (hard, woody ends discarded)

12 lemon, peeled and seeded

1 small apple of choice, peeled and cored

1 Roma tomato

1 garlic clove

2 cups water

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add more liquid if necessary.
