Green Garlic Smoothie

This pungent, unique smoothie will not only cleanse your senses but your digestive system as well. Garlic is the little powerhouse bulb that makes a big impact. Loaded with sulphur, garlic helps cleanse by producing enzymes that aid in filtering toxins and ridding the digestive tract of bacteria.

Recipe Yields: 3–4 cups

2 cups arugula

1 celery stalk, with leaves

1 zucchini

3–4 garlic cloves

2 cups green tea, cooled

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add more liquid if necessary.
