The Kitchen Sink Smoothie

By including berries, greens, and a colorful assortment of fruits and veggies in your diet, you’re increasing your chances of living a longer, healthier life.

Recipe Yields: 3–4 cups

2 cups mixed greens

1 small tart apple, peeled and cored

12 peeled and frozen banana

1 celery stalk, including leaves

1 small parsnip, peeled and cubed

12 orange, peeled and seeded

12 teaspoon vanilla extract or seeds from 12 vanilla bean

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Handful of ice cubes, optional

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add more liquid if necessary.
