After making this antioxidant-rich green smoothie, save those citrus peels. They make excellent additions to homemade facial scrubs. Let them dry out and then pulse them in your food processor or coffee grinder. Add the ground rind to a little plain Greek yogurt and some honey and there you have it: a facial mask free of chemicals that works wonders and costs pennies.
