Gravity Schmavity Smoothie

Although premature aging and cell degeneration can’t be stopped, you can curtail the signs with healthy foods. Add berries to your daily routine for pretty skin, shiny hair, and a healthy heart.

Recipe Yields: 3–4 cups

2 cups spinach

2 cups frozen mixed berries

18 cup hazelnuts

1 tablespoon raw honey

2 cups green tea, cooled

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add more liquid if necessary.
