Nausea No More Smoothie

Anyone who has been pregnant is perplexed by the term “morning sickness,” as we know that this disturbance can hit at any time of the day. Bananas are not only a creamy and soothing food that is easy on the stomach, but they contain potassium and B vitamins to keep your body nourished.

Recipe Yields: 3–4 cups

2 cups Bibb or Boston lettuce

2 peeled and frozen bananas

12 cup frozen blueberries

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add more liquid if necessary.
