Recipe Yields: 3–4 cups

2 cups baby spinach

6 figs

12 frozen and peeled banana

14 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

12" knob ginger, peeled

2 teaspoons raw honey

2 cups coconut water

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add more liquid if necessary.
