Bundle of C Smoothie

This refreshing smoothie is bursting with vitamin C. The natural powers in oranges, strawberries, and sweet peppers are necessary for the formation of collagen, which works naturally to help form the cartilage, tendons, bones, and skin of your growing bundle of joy.

Recipe Yields: 3–4 cups

2 cups spinach

1 orange, peeled and seeded

1 cup strawberries, stems removed

12 red bell pepper, seeded

2 cups coconut water

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add more liquid if necessary.
