Berry Bump Smoothie

When mama’s happy, everyone’s happy! Satisfying and refreshing ingredients combine in this flavorful smoothie that’s packed with a large number of minerals and vitamins required for prenatal support and development. Constipation is a common occurrence during pregnancy; the goji berries in this smoothie work as a natural laxative.

Recipe Yields: 3–4 cups

2 cups romaine lettuce

14 cup goji berries

14 cup frozen blueberries

1 kiwi, peeled

1 celery stalk

1 apple, cored and peeled

2 cups coconut water

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add more liquid if necessary.
