A Berry Healthy Morning Smoothie

Wake up to this beautiful glassful of berries that are packed with nutrients, vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants. Every berry is filled with phytonutrients that help to stave off free radicals, but each one also offers something unique and different. Don’t be shy about switching up the ingredients below with some goji berries, strawberries, cranberries, or whatever you may find in your overfilled Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) box this week.

Recipe Yields: 3–4 cups

2 cups mixed baby greens

1 cup frozen raspberries

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 banana, peeled

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add more liquid if necessary.
